After growing up in France, I studied pharmacology & biology in the UK before moving to Australia - where I now lives with my husband, our son and Milo the dog.
I have always had a strong affinity with biochemistry, physiology - and food… naturally leading me to a career where I can combine these interests !
Alongside my own journey with endometriosis, IBS and disordered eating; seeing friends and family deal with PMOS, menopause, infertility and difficult pregnancies has made me passionate about women’s health - especially in a world where there is so much noise from social media & the diet industry.
I hope that by sharing my learnings and disentangling myths from truths, I will empower you to live a lives that feels good.
